I will be using them again in the future for my "larger" currency moves and I'm sure the online system is simple and clear enough that I will not need customer service. I was quoted good rate when I was deciding whether to set up and account or not. After exhausting process of sending variety of documents lady told me different rate even though it was only 5 days after first quotation. When I checked the history of the rate it didn't change at all, they are liars who hope that you will accept their rate even though it changed much.
Communication is key. From initial contact to end result, the team at TorFX kept me informed of my trade, cost and transfer. Security checks were carried out with clear and concise information requests, which is vital for large transfers. Online account was excellent for checking currency rates. Would I use their service again? Yes very impressed.

I can't give less than one star... this company promises a lot and does nothing. it actually does: it collects personal data and IDs.
to create an account I submitted my ID, my bank account statement, the utility bill, information about the amount I am depositing, where the money comes from and where it goes, in which field I work and surprise - it is not possible. and I live in a European country, not in the 3rd world...
